Twelve Sessions, One Campground: The Full Agenda for AGS Austin 2026 Is Here

Forget the ballroom! On October 28, App Growth Summit heads back outdoors, and Zilker Lodge is about to prove all over again that a campfire works just as well as a stage for the best growth conversations in the industry!
Austin is where App Growth Summit goes full festival, a single open-air day built around 12 sessions, 25+ speakers, and roughly 120+ app growth professionals, closing out with a sunset party instead of a quiet goodbye. We’ve been planning this one for months, and it’s the one we’re the most excited to bring to life all year! The full agenda just locked, and here’s exactly what’s on it, start to finish!

Doors, Breakfast, and the First Four Sessions
The content starts fast. TRUE Finance CEO and co-founder Tim Yelchaninov walks through how his team crossed 4 million downloads on a lean budget.
Apple Ads get the scaling treatment next, courtesy of Asapty co-founder and CEO Viktor Orlov.
Then comes the day’s first panel, built around a question every growth lead fights with, how to choose the right user-acquisition channels and know when to scale one further.
Puzzlit’s Matt Hayden, Edge226’s Boaz Cohen, and App Growth Summit Managing Director Vivian Chang take that one on together.
Daniel Benami, who heads growth product at Amazon Music, closes the morning’s first run with a talk on turning product experiments into growth that compounds over time.
A Short Break, Then Three More Sessions
After a networking break, the agenda turns toward retention. Sydnie Hickey of the Country Music Association, Clara Duta of Wise, and Savannah White of Customer.io sit down for a panel on building lifecycle marketing around real, current customer behavior.
Manuel Allende, Head of Business at CleverTap, picks up the thread with a session asking whether lifecycle marketing still has a real home in a growth stack built mostly for acquisition. Right before lunch, DeNA’s Derrick Kuan shares how his team turned creative testing into a one-person operation running 200 ads deep.
Lunch, Texas-Style
Lunch brings Central Texas BBQ right at the lodge, courtesy of RevX, and the break gives the room a real breather before the afternoon run starts.
Afternoon: Acquisition, Onboarding, and the Next Four Sessions
The afternoon opens with a panel on the full digital growth mix, from O’Reilly Auto Parts’ Lucas McDannold, Dabble’s Josh Feldman, and UT Athletics’ Jansen Jessop. Rethinking onboarding comes next, with GigSafe’s David Forbes and OneSignal’s Brandon Rodriguez making the case for starting it before the user ever opens the app.
Alfie Dickens, who leads growth at Cal AI, walks through building an influencer pipeline that scales past the first creator who said yes.
Closing the pre-break run is Linda Chen, director of ad operations at MyFitnessPal, with a look at turning first-party signals into the outcomes advertisers pay for.
A Second Break, Then the Final Three Sessions
KFC’s Stephane Godoy talks about the shift from media performance to business performance, the number that gets a campaign renewed.
Then comes one of the agenda’s more unusual sessions, Color Switch CEO David Reichelt on defending the app’s IP against a $100 million lawsuit from a former publisher in the Middle East, win included.
The day’s content closes with a panel on creative that converts, featuring Khrystyna Komarovska of OMI AI, Riley Ludwig of FanDuel, Alex Kozachenko of HyperBeard Games, and Gary Levitt of Future Moments.
Sunset Fest: The After Party
This is where Austin stops looking like any other App Growth Summit event.
At 5 PM, the day moves outside for Sunset Fest, live sets from Christine Renner, Grammy-nominated JaRon Marshall, and Tiny Truck Music, plus an immersive photo booth and a happy hour running through 8 PM.

AppsFlyer and OneSignal power the happy hour, and between the campfires and the outdoor stage, this is the closest App Growth Summit has come yet to an actual festival.
Registration
Austin is invite-only and in person, with no livestream. Attendance is free for anyone working at a mobile app, game, or consumer brand. Vendors and service providers need a sponsorship to attend, since there are no vendor tickets.
See You at the Lodge
This is the agenda for the festival we’ve been building toward all year, and it’s finally here! 12 sessions. 25+ speakers who are shipping the strategies they’re presenting. A sunset that ends in live music instead of a parking lot.
Austin keeps the whole App Growth Summit format outdoors, campfires and all, and we genuinely cannot wait to watch it come together!
Request your invite to App Growth Summit Austin 2026 before the seats are gone! If Austin doesn’t line up with your calendar, the App Growth Summit events calendar has everything else we’ve got planned this year.
