AGS Mexico City 2026 – Here’s What’s on the Agenda

Mexico City is just a week away, and the full agenda just went live. This one stays deliberately exclusive: only 100 app growth experts get a seat, and the team hand-picks every single one instead of running it first come, first served.
Experts from McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Walmart, Rappi, Aeroméxico, and SmartFit will all be in the room at the Andaz Mexico City Condesa, and most of the day runs in Spanish, true to the city it’s in. One stage, a curated lineup, and every minute built to matter. Here’s what’s actually on it.
Breakfast First, Then Business
Doors open at 11:30 with breakfast and networking before anyone takes the stage, so there’s time to actually meet the room before the sessions start.
We kick things off as always with a short content opener, welcoming everyone and setting the tone for the day before handing things over to the first speaker.
Four Sessions Fill the Morning
Leonardo Riaño takes the mic first, and he doesn’t waste it on the usual AI cheerleading. His talk, “AI Shouldn’t Make You Faster. It Should Make You Question Everything,” comes from someone who works on CRM and experimentation at Rappi, one of Latin America’s largest app platforms, so the skepticism carries some real weight.
Two panels follow back to back. The first digs into lifetime value: Abi Bullinger of Customer.io and Rodrigo Martins of SmartFit compare notes on how better user experiences turn into customers who actually stick around, not just ones who convert once.
The second shifts to timing, with Nicolas Cony of RocketLab, Sofia Silva of Aeroméxico, and Erick Flores of Walmart unpacking what “the right moment” looks like across three very different kinds of apps.
Ricardo Feldman closes out the pre-break stretch with a session for adjoe on the power of daily habits, and what actually gets someone to open an app again tomorrow instead of just today.
The Afternoon Lineup
The afternoon opens with two joint presentations. Ramón Márquez of McDonald’s Mexico and Brenda Medina of Appgrade walk through MiMcDonald’s, covering how the app keeps people coming back and ordering again.
Jair Vilchis of RocketLab and Alfredo Ortiz of Pizza Hut take the stage right after for a session on the road from acquisition to growth, told from both the platform side and the brand side.
Kevin Brogan of AdAction follows with a talk on the loyalty exchange, tracing how a one-time incentive turns into a repeat habit.
Stephane Godoy of KFC closes out the speaker lineup with a session on getting from media performance to business performance, the gap a lot of growth teams still struggle to close.
The Day Ends With a Happy Hour
RTB House sponsors the happy hour that sends everyone off, and it’s the kind of send-off worth sticking around for.
Picture cocktails, golden-hour energy at the Andaz, and the same sharp growth minds from the panels and presentations, minus the note-taking and plus a lot more storytelling. Call it the unofficial thirteenth session, the one where the best conversations of the day actually happen!
Why This Event Stays at 100 Attendees
App Growth Summit Mexico City runs smaller than most stops on the calendar, and that’s by design. Only 100 spots exist, reserved for publishers, brand marketers, and developers who are actually building app growth strategies day to day.
We verify every registrant through LinkedIn before confirming a seat, and we skip the livestream entirely, so being in the room is the only way in. It’s built to be the kind of event people leave with actual notes, not a stack of business cards.
Request your invite to App Growth Summit Mexico City now while seats are still open, and check the AGS Mexico City event page for the full agenda and speaker details as October 1st gets closer!
Mexico City isn’t the only stop on the 2026 calendar. Browse the full App Growth Summit event calendar to see which other invite-only rooms are coming up next.
